A short, honest account of the little a phone call carries off — and the long list it never touches.

These pages stay online for one reason: so a Lexington caller can ask Lexington Porta Potty for a porta potty price already knowing the lineup. There's no cart, no login and no web form to fill; whatever you need, it moves through a call to (859) 328-2232.
Booking by phone means telling us where in the Bluegrass the unit goes, the dates you have in mind and a ballpark of how many people will use it. Those go toward booking and running your rental, and nowhere past that.
The host behind this site keeps the ordinary technical entries — IP address, browser, the pages that loaded — to fend off abuse and stay online, and any traffic tallied is rolled into totals rather than pinned to one visitor.
We set few cookies if any; a map on a page draws from Google Maps, and some layouts load their lettering through Google Fonts, each handed only what it needs to render. Cookies on or off, (859) 328-2232 is still there to dial.
A fulfillment partner picks up the call and slots your delivery onto the calendar so a real person carries the order. That partner receives the order and nothing more; we do not sell, lease or hand your information to any outside company for its own purposes.
Under the Kentucky Consumer Data Protection Act, Kentucky residents may ask what personal information a business holds and request that it be corrected or deleted. Since we run by phone and keep little on file, there's not much to act on — call (859) 328-2232 and we'll tell you what booking details we have and clear them if you'd rather.
This site is built for adults arranging rentals, not for children, and we knowingly take nothing from anyone under 13.
When this policy is updated, the date at the top shifts with it, and the new wording applies the moment it goes live.
Anything raised on this page gets answered soonest if you simply dial (859) 328-2232. For correspondence, mail reaches us at 832 Porter Pl, Lexington, KY 40508.
What's written here is a plain-language summary for Lexington customers, not counsel from an attorney. Lexington Porta Potty is a trade name the operator of this site works under.
One call sets delivery, service and pickup across Lexington and the surrounding Kentucky area, Chevy Chase to Old Frankfort Pike.
